Mod

Rina - Co-Head/Writing
Hello, I have been doing zines for a few years now. It is so exciting that this novel is getting all its recent reach and I'm looking forward to helping. Favourite Kleinsona: Sherlock Moriarty

Snow - Formatting
junior formatting mod! i previously worked on the technoblade cookbook zine and i make graphics for my events.

Dark - Social Media
Hello! My name is Dark, and the moment I started LOTM I knew I was never going to be the same ever again.

Shamera - Co-Writing
Shamera may or may not be an amorphous blob that exists only within the confines of virtual space, full of typos blank stares. Hypothetically, Shamera is the antithesis of AI... all natural but also no intelligence. Praise the Fool!
Team

Caboshone - Co-Head/Graphics
Shamera and Dark thrust me head first into LOTM last year and I have never been more grateful for it! I have previous experience running the gdcg fanzine and quite a few more ^^

Mune - Art/Tarot
My card is [The Hermit] and my Pathway is [Apprentice]. I have modding experience in a BigBang event that worked out barely thanks to some friends taking over the event with me as mods went MIA, so I think I can handle chaos well enough...?

KAL黒 - Shipping

What type of content will be featured in the zine?
The zine is aimed at representing canon, so non-canon ships and crossovers are not allowed. All content submitted should be PG-16 at most, but canon-level depictions of violence and darker themes are permitted.
Is there an age limit for contributors and moderators?
Yes, all contributors and moderators must be at least 18 years old.
Do you need prior zine or tarot experience to apply?
No, zine or tarot experience is not necessary and will not affect your application. We have an in-house cartomancy expert who will make sure all the cards and associated items are up to practice standards.
Can I apply for more than one role?
Yes! You can apply for more than one role, but please note that you will only be selected for one of them.
How will the contributors be compensated?
All contributors are, at the minimum, guaranteed a PDF copy of the zine, access to the digital deck shuffler tool and all digital merch. The possibility of physical compensation will be dependent on sales. Since this zine is for-charity, there will be no monetary compensation for contributors.
Will contributors be allowed to collaborate?
Yes, they are! Writers may choose to collaborate with spot artists on their piece(s).
How many contributors are you planning on having?
We plan to accept between 30-35 contributors, across artists, merch artists, writers, and alternative content creators (e.g. cosplayers, chefs, etc.). The exact number and distribution of creators will depend on our interest check results and contributor applications.
Will there be pinch hitters / fill-in / backup creators?
Yes! Applicants can indicate in the application form if they would like to be a pinch hitter for the zine. Pinch hitters are creators who may be called in if there is a creator who drops out from the project during the creation period.
What is the creation process like?
Upon acceptance, contributors will have to pitch several ideas to the mod team. Ideas approved by the mod team will be the ones which contributors will create. There will be regular progress check-ins each month, to ensure that contributors are on track to complete their piece(s) by the end of the creation period.
This list of FAQ will be updated as questions are asked on the discord server/sent into the Tumblr askbox/received in other manners.
